The Hayes 884018 Iceman pipe freezer spray kit contains an Iceman pipe freezer spray can (500ml) and 2 pipe freezing jackets.

The Iceman sprays are used to provide a safe and temporary ice plug inside pipes with a diameter of up to of 1" without causing damage to the pipework, the ice plug can last between 30-40 minutes depending on the pipe size. The spray allows for work to be carried out on small sections of a system without the need to drain or re-vent the system.
